Hemos realizado el acompañamiento del proceso completo de elaboración del ‘Protocolo para el Abordaje de las Violencias Sexuales en las Organizaciones’ de LaFede.cat en clave feminista interseccional. Se ha llegado a cabo un proceso participativo entre las entidades miembros para conseguir un protocolo que fuera transformador y empoderador.
Con el horizonte de llegar a un cambio profundo en la federación y las entidades, el Protocolo pretende hacer de la prevención del sexismo, de las discriminaciones por razón de sexo y género, de las violencias machistas y, en particular, de las violencias sexuales una señal identificador de Lafede.cat. Para conseguirlo, hay que visualizar las diversas manifestaciones de las violencias machistas que pueden tener lugar en el ámbito de la federación, poniendo especial atención en aquellas más difícilmente identificables, así como recopilar datos y realizar informes para conocer la realidad. Todo, haciendo visible también las categorías interseccionales, que, además del género, pueden influir en las discriminaciones y las violencias: clase, racismo, origen, opción sexual, identidad de género, capacidades diversas, etc.
El objetivo es tejer y compartir una cultura política y organizativa donde se visualice que los posibles acosos y agresiones no son conflictos entre dos personas, sino que implican el conjunto de LaFede.cat.
